–Conditions of shipping–
WEPHOBIA supports delivery policy as follows:
I/ International purchases:
– The shipping fee is estimated due to the weight of products
– Types of shipping method: Standard & Express
– The unit price applies to the shipping to all countries
– Standard Shipment: $30 USD/ the first 500gr, $10 USD/ each following 500gr. Delivery time: 15 – 25 working days.
– Express Shipment: $43 USD/ the first 500gr, $20 USD/ each following 500gr. Delivery time: 5 – 7 working days.
* You may have to pay import duty and tax depending on what you are shipping and its declare value.
II/ Domestic purchases:
*Within Hanoi & HCMC:
30.000 VND/ order.
– Applied on purchases with payment method as Visa, Bank Transfer, other online payment gateway.
*Outside Hanoi & HCMC:
– 30.000 VND/ order.
– Applied on purchases with payment method as Visa, Bank Transfer, other online payment gateway.
–Conditions of Exchanges–
Replacement goods must meet these following conditions:
– Products are the same with its original labels, price tags, hangtags.
– Products have no signs of used, fixed, washed.
– Products are not dirty, damaged, not sticked with strange smell.
– Exchanges are accepted within 24h for products purchased at the store or shipped inside Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City.
– Exchanges are accepted within 96 hours since WEPHOBIA confirmed feedbacks for purchases shipped outside Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City.
– Exchanges are accepted for products confirmed by customers or delivery staff as defects are from the manufacturer at the time of delivery. Shipping fee will be paid by WEPHOBIA (if any)
– Customers can exchange colors, sizes of the same products and others at the equal or higher price from the previous purchased items.
– Each product can only be exchanged once. Shipping fee will be paid by customers (if any).
– Exchanges are NOT accepted for defective products because customers did not follow appropriate instructions.
– Exchanges are NOT accepted for discounted products.
– Exchages are NOT accepted for custom made products that are customed as orders.
WEPHOBIA does NOT deal with cases that customers did not guarantee to follow the conditions and duration of Exchanges.
