–CONDITIONS OF SHIPPING–

WEPHOBIA supports delivery policy as follows:
I/ International purchases:
– The shipping fee is estimated due to the weight of products
– Types of shipping method: Standard & Express
– The unit price applies to the shipping to all countries
– Standard Shipment: $15 USD/ the first 500gr, $7 USD/ each following 500gr. Delivery time: 10 – 12 working days.
– Express Shipment: $35 USD/ the first 500gr, $13 USD/ each following 500gr. Delivery time: 3 – 5 working days.
* You may have to pay import duty and tax depending on what you are shipping and its declare value.
II/ Domestic purchases:
*Within Hanoi & HCMC:
– 30.000 VND/ order.
– Applied on purchases with payment method as Visa, Bank Transfer, other online payment gateway.
*Outside Hanoi & HCMC:
50.000 VND/ 1-product order. Plus 20.000 VND on each following product.

*COD shipping:
Customers pay for the delivery fee upon receipt according to the purchase’s value and delivery address.

–EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY–

1.Conditions of Exchanges and Returns

– Replacement goods must meet these following conditions:

Products are the same with its original labels, price tags, hangtags.
Products have no signs of used, fixed, washed.
Products are not dirty, damaged, not sticked with strange smell.

– Exchanges and Returns are accepted for products confirmed by customers or delivery staff as defects are from the manufacturer at the time of delivery.Shipping fee will be paid by WEPHOBIA.

– Customers can exchange another color, size of the same products and products that its price are equal or higher than purchased items. Each product can only be exchanged or returned once. Shipping fee will be paid by customers.

– Exchanges and Returns are NOT accepted for defective products because customers did not follow appropriate instructions.

– Exchanges and Returns are NOT accepted for discounted products.

– Exchages and Returns are NOT accepted for custom made products that are customed as orders.

2.Duration of Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges and Returns are accepted within 24h from the time purchase/receipt for products purchased at the store or shipped inside Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City.
Exchanges and Returns are accepted within 96 hours since WEPHOBIA confirmed feedbacks for purchases shipped in Vietnam ( except: Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City )
Exchanges and Returns are accepted within 24h from the arrival time of products to your address outside Vietnam.

WEPHOBIA does NOT deal with cases that customers did not guarantee to follow the conditions and duration of Exchanges and Returns.
